    @InvestorGirlDiana yes! I’ve been an investor for coming up to 10 yrs now dabbling in a bit of (almost) everything! (pre construction, single family homes, flipping, house-hacking, multi-family conversions, BRRR strategy, private lending, LP partnerships, and hopefully soon to be international STRs)
