In the type of environment we are in right now flipping is a strategy that can go bad very quickly. I feel it is important to have answers to the following questions:

How long am I able to handle the monthly expenses if it takes longer to sell?

What is my bottom number to sell?

How would I pivot if the property doesn’t sell?
I would say having multiple exit strategies is a proven strategy to be a successful real estate investor.
