Hello š everyone! From Montreal. Started in real estate at age 27 managing my dad’s commercial property and eventually purchased a duplex and triplex in Montreal area with my husband. We eventually sold in the hot market and currently have a 47 unit portfolio in newfoundland under contract.
We originally were looking in Montreal but found everything too expensive and started looking at the market in the est. Great cap rates and good buy for your buck. Challenges are capital raising. Looking forward to learning from you!

Hello REI Fam. I am just new to the platform this week! What a FUN opportunity to connect with everyone!
The majority of my RE experience is in STR. For the past 9 years we have been hosting guests in Whistler, BC and on Vancouver Island. Our priority for this year is flipping in Mexico and acquiring some value add properties in Canada.
I work as a business consultant for Real Estate Investors. Recognizing that Real Estate Businesses grow incredibly fast a lot of times the business foundations get missed along the way. I work with business owners to help them understand their Accounting/Finance processes, realize how much they can spend or targets they need to set in Sales and Marketing. Effectively manage their Human Resources needs and create systems in their operations department to duplicate and scale with ease.
