Hello 👋 everyone! From Montreal. Started in real estate at age 27 managing my dad’s commercial property and eventually purchased a duplex and triplex in Montreal area with my husband. We eventually sold in the hot market and currently have a 47 unit portfolio in newfoundland under contract.

We originally were looking in Montreal but found everything too expensive and started looking at the market in the est. Great cap rates and good buy for your buck. Challenges are capital raising. Looking forward to learning from you!
