With almost 20 years of diverse real estate investing experience, including pre-construction, multifamily properties, short and mid-term rentals, a boutique waterfront motel, land development partnership and now creating Tiny Home Communities, Victoria is a seasoned expert in the field. Her advanced leadership and instructional techniques, honed over a 22-year career in the Canadian Armed Forces, enhances her strategic approach to real estate investing and mentorship.

Holding a master’s degree in organizational psychology, she merges psychology, leadership, discipline and real estate, simplifying complex concepts for her students. A champion for community, Victoria serves on the Ottawa Real Estate Investing Organization (OREIO) board and is the founder of Women Empowered; Business, Investing, and Lifestyle Development Hub(WE BILD), helping to support growth for women in the industry.
