Based on his exceptional performance he was awarded Business Administrator of the Year for designing and executing an Improvement and Recovery Plan for the second-largest newspaper company in Bolivia.

Some of Sergio’s successful real estate investment experiences include a 28 luxury condominium homes Joint Venture project, as well as more than 15 small-to-medium real estate projects in Bolivia. He now has two years of hands-on experience behind him working in residential renovations in the GTA. Last large project in Colombia is about to start, 26 luxury eco-cabins.
