Tramy Nguyen is a designated appraiser (retired) with expertise in real estate valuation and highest and best use analysis. She has 10+ years of solid industry experience working on valuations of properties in both the private & public sector for large financial institutional to commercial/retail/multi-family acquisitions, expropriations for public works major infra-structure projects (from the municipal to national level).

As of lately, she’s taken on a more entrepreneur route as a full- time real estate investor, infill developer, and flipper known for her interior design aesthetics, creative and envisioning qualities.

Currently working as a busy mom of 2 and founder of REI Social Club: The real estate investors place to build SOCIAL🤝CAPITAL. She explains “Everyone can have an idea—that’s easy! To execute on it takes a lot of guts & courage! And to implement it successfully? Now that takes skills, talent, consistency and persistence!”

It’s the members that collectively create the club so her goal is to foster an environment where members can connect, collaborate, and build genuine partnerships with like-minded individuals. She explains: “Collaborating as a collective group is like painting a picture. You need to take everyone’s brightest colour and try to arrange so it’s cohesive yet complimentary–as long as the vibe is good, we good!”
