I started my learning in the REI/multifamily last year in 2023 and have my financial license. by being one of the founders of the wealthy ones group, being part of the London project with Paul/Quinton/Lee and find investors also, helping with the NB property and multi plex deal to find investors. Look forward in continuing to learn since never stops, collaborate with people, hear about other peoples projects, add more multifamily/properties to my portfolio to build, open more doors, etc.. Appreciate you saying that about the financial license. It is in Life Insurance, CI, TFSA, Seg Funds, mortgage referrals, travel Insurance, etc.

Yes learning and collaborating add more value to the process of building yourself. But also, get to building relationships/friendships in giving charity to attract abundance. I agree makes life fun and exciting.
