Full disclosure, I was previously so wrapped up in the corporate world and my career that it didn’t even occur to be that Real Estate Investors was an industry of it’s own…….I would have gotten started much earlier. I held 4 properties in my personal name and maxed out, not sure how to grow from there.

Hello REI Fam. I am just new to the platform this week! What a FUN opportunity to connect with everyone!

The majority of my RE experience is in STR. For the past 9 years we have been hosting guests in Whistler, BC and on Vancouver Island. Our priority for this year is flipping in Mexico and acquiring some value add properties in Canada.

I work as a business consultant for Real Estate Investors. Recognizing that Real Estate Businesses grow incredibly fast a lot of times the business foundations get missed along the way. I work with business owners to help them understand their Accounting/Finance processes, realize how much they can spend or targets they need to set in Sales and Marketing. Effectively manage their Human Resources needs and create systems in their operations department to duplicate and scale with ease.

We are currently evaluating properties in Saskatchewan. We purchased 3 in Weyburn last year and they are performing well.
