Bio

I have been investing in real estate since 2011 starting with buy and hold properties and realzied I couldn’t live off the cash flow.  Thats when I transistioned into flipping homes.  Since 2015 I have flipped over 31 homes and have had 2 kids in that time, all while being a stay at home mom.  Over the years we have accumulated more rental properties and just aquired our first 17 unit apartment building.

My Investment Criteria

I use the 1% rule for all our rentals for quick numbers, and we need a 30% margin for our flips.
