A corporate leader and business development executive for over 25 years, Fernando has a wealth of experience in business and sales strategies and creativity. He has generated over $200M of revenue in his career and uses the varied expertise to help others in stabilizing and growing their own organizations.

At just 25 years old, Fernando completed his first real estate project in 2005, as a live-in flip. After many years with real estate as more of a hobby and interest, Fernando invested in himself and his knowledge in 2020, bringing on his first mentor in the real estate space and learning advanced methods to grow his portfolio and make the switch from casual observer to focused investor.

In 2021, Fernando worked through partnerships to scale to a portfolio of 7 properties and 22 units. As we move forward, he is applying that experience to scale-up into self storage and large multifamily assets. He is also investing in Portugal, focused on building affordable long term housing.
