Samuel is a Licensed Architect, Real Estate Developer and Entrepreneur. As an Architect he has designed and built buildings of all sizes, from custom single-family homes to larger multifamily residential projects, as well as industrial and institutional buildings with project values ranging from $3-50 million.

Samuel co-founded Biosis Real Estate Development Inc in 2022 as a vehicle to address the housing shortage through sustainable construction and design practices. Biosis is a fully integrated real estate company that acquires, develops, constructs, and repositions residential and commercial real estate in Ontario with the goal of expanding across North America.
